My mother use to make the same kind of caramels when she did her Christmas baking, But she pasted away in 2012 and I never mastered the recipe. All I can say is your caramels are just like I remember mom making. I am so glad I found Knudsen's caramels at the Apple Hut in Beloit WI. I will be ordering some boxes from you to give my sibling's for Christmas so they can remember moms caramels. by the way Mom was from Windom MN.

I tried these for the first time while in Red Wing MN with my sister-in-law and fell in love. I live in MO though, and they aren't sold anywhere I can find around here. I'm so happy I can order them on line. They are truly the best caramels I've ever had!

I bought 10 little gift cups with caramels for small gifts for friends and family at a cute gift shop in Montgomery, AL. I had an extra and tried the caramels. Oh my gosh! I did not expect to discover something so special! The next day I started getting texts from everyone wanting to know who made them. I called the shop and they gave me name. I now have a box being shipped to me, lol! I love them! I'm sure it won't be my last order.
